Using Punchcard

Punchcard: Goal Tracker lets you track goals with punch cards, on your own or with others in group cards. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if these terms conflict with it, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.

Premium

Premium is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play as a subscription or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Photos and Other Content You Add

You can add your own content, such as card titles, rewards and, with Premium, photos used as card backgrounds or punch icons. You keep ownership of it. You give us permission to store, resize and display it only as needed to run Punchcard: on your devices and, for group cards, to the people in that group.

Only add content you have the right to use. Do not add content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent or threatening, that shows someone without their permission, or that infringes anyone's rights.

Anyone in a group card can report a photo from the card's menu. We review reports and may remove content or limit access to group features when content breaks these terms. Card owners can remove members from their group cards at any time.

Group Cards

When you join a group card, the other people in it can see your progress on that card, your display name and avatar, and the card's content. Leave the card if you no longer want to share it.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep Punchcard reliable, but the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features. We may update these terms; changes are posted on this page with a new date.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Punchcard and its developers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
